The first step to getting motivated, is thinking. You have to think about the direction you want to take. You can’t be lazy, sometimes; even thinking can seem to be a real chore, but it is beneficial in the long run because you’re thinking about the direction you want to take. How will I achieve these goals? will it cost me? (not just money) When we think about cost, It is natural for our minds to gravitate toward money, however; we need to think about cost in terms of time, energy, and happiness as well.
If the thing you want to achieve is going to be too expensive, you may need to reconsider. If you feel the cost is too high, but yet you still want it! (whatever it is…) then some serious scheduling is in order! This is so you won’t experience BURNOUT! Think about what you want to do, and how much it is going to cost you!
